Project:  Properties prediction of certain complex product
Abstract:  The purpose of the project is to predict some important properties of a complex product under the service condition. The finite element method is applied as a key technology to carry the virtual analysis procedure. The following aspects need to be simulated, including the natural frequency, dynamic stiffness, kinematics, high speed dynamics and thermal effects etc. Since the product is so complex, more than 5 million FEM elements need to be applied and the simulation should cover a enough long time courses, it is impossible to do such simulation work on PC, HPC can provide the right solution for such engineering problem.
